MCP Seminar Introduction

Metal Coating Process Corporation has offered a training program entitled "Principles of Electropolishing" since 1991. The program is a one-day, interactive, classroom session held periodically at the MCP offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The basic content of the introductory program is outlined at our website, www.electropolish.com . The program is intended to provide a factual base for engineering design, operation, and maintenance of an electropolishing system for high technology applications.

The seminar programs have been very successful and are well attended by the electropolishing industry. Many companies have used the programs to study the feasibility of setting up an electropolishing facility, to update an existing electropolishing shop, or to train employees. In addition to monthly programs, special on-site programs are arranged for specific customers upon request. The on-site programs can combine the academic aspects of the program with hands-on consultation regarding the operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of the electropolishing system. On-site consulting programs are arranged for specific customers upon request.                        

This highly successful program is now available in a comprehensive mail order publication. Originally developed for international clients outside the United States, the "distance learning program" provides the student with a copy of the MCP Seminar Manual in a convenient, loose leaf notebook format. The manual contains approximately 300 pages and consists of six (6) major sections, each complete with illustrations, photographs, drawings, and explanatory text.The titlesmajor segment titles are shown below. Manuals are shipped within the contiguous United States at a price of U.S. $900, with freight via UPS Ground prepaid and allowed. Outside the contiguous United States, the Buyer must prepay the shipping costs with the order or furnish an active account number for a package delivery service. Currently the seminar manual is available only in the English (U.S.) language.

The fees for the program allow for personalized instruction / consultation via electronic communication (fax, email or customer-paid telephone) with our Charlotte office up to one hour per segment. The fee also includes a Certificate of Completion for each registered client at the end of the program. Certificate holders of record are automatically eligible for updates of the manual at they are released.

Payments from within the United States may be submitted by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Funds can be accepted from international clients only in U.S. currency via wire transfer to our bank in Charlotte, NC, USA. International orders must be accompanied by a valid account number for package express shipment.
